Residential
Modern Courtyard Residence
A private house framed as a single recessed concrete grid, its glazed rooms set back behind an open ground-floor carport.
This house presents a single, disciplined concrete frame to the street, within which glazed living spaces sit recessed behind deep structural reveals that double as sun-shading and balcony edges. An open ground floor, sheltering a family carport and a screened entry court, lifts the main volume clear of the garden, giving the house a raised, almost floating presence above its heavily planted street boundary.
