Residential
Riverside Apartments
A mid-rise apartment building where every balcony carries a planted trellis, softening the facade into a green-edged grid.
This apartment building repeats a single balcony module across its length, each one carrying a steel trellis planted with trailing greenery, so the facade reads as much as a garden edge as a building elevation. A brick-clad circulation tower breaks the otherwise smooth rendered surface, marking the entrance and giving the building a material accent that will only read more warmly as the planting matures.
